I'm a hands-on engineering leader with 20 years of experience building products and the teams behind them, across a range of industries. I'm equally comfortable setting technical direction and reviewing code as I am working with clients, shaping product roadmaps, and running a team.
My career has taken me from digital agencies and early-stage startups through to enterprise SaaS, leading teams throughout.
I'm based on a little island in the Irish Sea (about an hour away from London!)
I've organised this annual charity motorcycle event in Bristol since 2016, recruiting and leading 30+ volunteers, coordinating with police, council, and hospice teams, and raising over £100,000 for Children's Hospice South West.
Deputy Sector Marshal at the TT races, leading a team of marshals through pre-event coordination, briefings, and race-day operations.
I build things for fun: electronics, software, 3D printing, and the occasional large-scale railway across the garden.
